サイドギャザーのニットワンピ　/ Comfy Fit Daily Knit Dress

素材は綿のプリントニット。ニットにあまり手を出さない私。が、この柄と色の素敵さに一目惚れ。上質で手触りも良くってよ。パターンは前回アップしたサイドプリーツワンピとほぼ同じ。襟ナシにしてプリーツはギャザーに。生地端のボーダーも上手に生かして。やっぱニットは楽ちんね。

I fell for this cotton knit fabric at a glance. I do like the elegant flower print and expecially the purplish grey color. I'd been waiting to get started making since last winter. I used the same pattern with Side Pleated Dress (previous post) and finally made up this dress. I just made it with no collor and changed pleates to gathers, that's all. Real comfy fit!

    1. I can only show you how to draft in the Pattern Making page here.
      But it's quite slow. I'm currently working on that page for Tulip Dress posted in March 2010 right now.

      As for the side pleated dress, I do like the design so I will add it after tulip dress. (But not very soon, I guess.)
