前回作った巻きスカートのパターンを使ってワンピースが完成♪
生地は色鮮やかな格子のインディアンシルク。パイピングとベルトは共にシルクシャンタンで。バイアスコードで作ったリボンベルトも気に入ってます。六部丈のお袖は折り曲げてカフスにもなるのでスリーシーズンOK!
I just finished this Indian silk dress using the same pattern as the wrap skirt I made last time. I do like Indian silk very much. The gloss, the colors and especially the texture. In fact, the color is a little deeper than this and doesn't bother to me. For the piping and the belt, I used mat silk shantan.
It's still a little too hot to wear it on here but I hope I will be in this dress in a few weeks :) Can't wait!

ReplyDelete悲しくも「お出かけの予定」って訳でもなく、急いで作った訳でもないのですよ。色が気に入って買っておいた生地でやっと手を付けることができました。スカートはバイアスにしたかったけど足りなかったの。残念！

ReplyDeleteThe bias cord is actually easy to make and usefull. For instance, a flower motif corsage. It would also be nice.
Your dress has a very interesting design, the tulip wrap skirt is really spectacular, especially with the fabric you chose
